Shipment sent in error

My warehouse have sent a shipment to Coventry FC that was not meant to go to Amazon.

The stock has no FSNKU labels on it.
The boxes have no FBA shipment labels on them.

I wrote to Seller Support and they told me twice that the shipment would be rejected and returned to sender. That has not been been the case and the boxes have been signed for.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did the stock eventually find it’s way back or should I expect to see Amazon selling it shortly?

Seller support keep telling me to wait and then reconcile the order. I have told them lots of times that this will not be possible as there is not a shipment but they just keep ignoring me.

I am toying with the idea of creating a shipment that matches the stock in the hope they can marry it up. The extra complication is that the boxes the stock was delivered in are oversize.

Was the stock ever enrolled in fba ?
Does it have manufacturers barcodes that could be allocated to any of your asins
Just on the off chance they keep it rather than return it

After lots of messages going around in circles it has finally been sent to their internal team. Not sure if this is good news or it means it has been kicked into the long grass.

Hopefully now I have got past Seller Support someone might help.
