Read onlyHi sorry last question I promise - does anyone know if Parcels sent international standard are ok for VTR? I heard that these give a tracking ID (unlike large letters). I think anyway.
Hi Joe_Shelvey,
I can only tell you that Royal Mail International Standard and International Economy bought over the counter at a Post Office are not given a tracking number
My assumption is that these would be invalid for VTR - but I don't know for certain as I only sell via Amazon in the UK

Yes, they are - but you must enter the number on the label into the tracking box WITHOUT hyphens or spaces.
We use Royal Mail International Business parcel and Large Letter (service DG4 and DE4) for sending abroad, and they have impacted our VTR rate, and it seems that VTR exemption is only on 'letters' under the €20 value, as we have parcels and Large letters under €20 that aren't exempt from the VTR.
