Suspicious negative feedbacks

Hello,
I hope some experienced sellers can help me with this issue. I have contacted seller support 5 times but just automated answers.

I am selling on Amazon for about 8 months. Everything was great until December 26, I was selling with %99 positive feedback, everything was good.

In December, I decided to invest more in my business and add new inventory. Things were going good then I started to receive very suspicious negative feedbacks.

I received 6 negative feedbacks with invalid phone numbers, different buyer/address names and no communications from the buyers.

The last 4 of them were ordered on January 10 at 11:22, 11:53, 12:00, 12:03 and all left negative feedback.

I reported this issue to Amazon but of course, they don’t remove or check this issue because I don’t have a delivery proof.

I don’t know what to do, I will lose my account in 2-3 months if they keep doing this.

Have you ever experienced something like this? Do you know a solution? Do you have any advice for me?

Thank you and have a nice Sunday!

.

Are they all for the same product?

What type of products are you selling are they ones that you have purchased from China? Our other sellers selling them on the same listing as you or similar listings?

What do the negative feedbacks actually say? This is important as they might be eligible for removal if they are just product reviews.

Have you had any correspondence from other sellers asking you to come off their listings. Often this type of feedback occurs after you have been asked to come off someone’s listing. This doesn’t mean it is right they have asked you to leave the listing but it is a way of getting you to do it.

Is there anything that links the 6 customers together such as area of the country?

Sounds a familiar story. This is where usually a competitor has told their friends to order and write a negative review about your product.

Something like " Do Not Buy " or Rubbish or It Does Not Fit

I always ask myself if its so bad why don’t they return the product so the seller has the opportunity to address the issue such as issuing a replacement having discovered they maybe a genuine fault or not. The other observation is why is the review written under a name that is not easily traced by the seller. The identity of the buyer has been changed to something like Amazon customer or something else.

Well if it does not fit order the correct size that will solve the buyer issue.

The same with writing a review they haven’t received the order without contacting the seller. If you don’t let the seller know there is a problem how can they address the problem. Applying a little common sense these types of reviews is something that platform should look at in more detail.

Amazon feedback policy is outdated and not seller friendly. Buyers write all sorts of false information and claims but Amazon still allows them to remain and do not give a monkey about removing.
99% parcel of positive experience customers don’t write feedbacks anyway. Which re presents a unbalanced and biased seller profile.

I have just reviewed the policy below

Removal of feedback

Amazon will only remove feedback in the following cases:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

However, if the comment contains both a product review and feedback about your service, we will not remove the feedback. For example, “Seller’s delivery service was very slow, and the Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

I have known negative feedback removed because the buyer made no attempt to resolve an issue such as contacting the seller in the first instance about an issue such as not received order. At the end of the day if the seller is not contacted in the first instance how can they resolve?

Same with product reviews saying the product is defective but won’t return the order to get either a replacement or refund.

Why would a drop shipper leave a negative feedback for non delivery but not raise an a to z?

I tried doing it again (once more using the link in the above screenshot) and this time the email stated:

Hello,
We received your report of Amazon policy violation xxx regarding the ASIN(s) below. Because you recently submitted an identical claim (xxx), we will not investigate this duplicate claim. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for investigation of the original claim.

After they’d already told me that ‘We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified

The replies are obviously all coming from bots.
There just doesn’t seem to be a way of contacting humans at Amazon for this sort of thing. I suspect most of the mods on here are bots too.
(I think Jessica is flesh and blood…well I hope she is!)
