I have been selling on Handmade for the past 4 years and have receive their annual email asking me to take pictures and videos of our design and packing process to continue selling on Handmade.
Unfortunately, it seems Handmade is now dealt with by people who don't understand Amazon Handmade as our application is rejected.
I am quite upset as we have provided them with everything they have asked for but I believe it is all dealt by another team that could have been moved overseas (I used to have contact with some of the UK Handmade team but all emails are now bouncing back).
@Sakura_Amazon_ are you able to help? I am at loss at what to do and really need help.
