list price

Hello

I have been selling the same product for the last 5 years. My sales have been super during all this time. I never changed my list price during these years. But recently Amazon has stopped showing my List Price strikethrough. This seems very unfair.

I have read about all the possible scenarios of a list Price. There is nothing where Amazon has clear guidelines. This is frustrating.

Amazon is not clear if external competitors (off Amazon) are affecting my list price or 90-day sales factor.

Please help in this regard.

Thank you

Hello @Seller_Fe1aUHXDbYMQ2,

I'm sorry for the issues with your list price displaying.

Amazon will display a List Price if the product was purchased by customers on Amazon or offered by other retailers at or above the List Price in at least the past 90 days. If a list price that you provided for your product is not appearing on the store, it may be because Amazon was unable to find recent examples of the product at or above that price. You'll find more information about this via the page below:

Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price

Amazon does not provide details on how they verify a reference price. However, if you have If you have any further questions, please provide your CASE ID and I'll take a look.

Thanks and have a great day.
