How do I get Paid in Euros
Hi,
I started selling on European market places and now I would like to get paid in Euros.
The conversion fees are to high.
Since Amazon doesn’t accept an Euro currency bank account in the UK, I would like to know if it possible, as a sole trader, to open a bank account in Italy or France.
If yes what should I do?

It is possible to open a bank account in a Euro country, but Amazon will still convert the Sterling sales on the UK website to Euro at a high conversion rate.
Euro sales on the other EU marketplaces will be paid in Euro to your Euro bank account.
You can opt to have a UK bank account for your UK marketplace and a Euro bank account for the other marketplaces, to avoid conversion.
You can edit the bank information in your settings but be aware that this will trigger the verification process again and you could be waiting a few days or weeks to be verified.

We use WorldFirst for all EU Marketplaces. You can negotiate a good rate with them and we find that EU payments are usually within 1 day in our EU account much faster than UK withdrawal.
