Help with Primary Contact & Beneficial Owner Verification (LTD Company, 100% Owner)
Hi everyone,
I need some clarification regarding the identity verification on my Amazon Seller account. I have an LTD company and I am the director and 100% shareholder.
My account has been showing an “At Risk” warning due to the Beneficial Owner ID verification. I’m not sure who I should enter for the following fields:
Primary Contact
Beneficial Owner
Since I manage the account and also own 100% of the company, should both roles be filled with my own details?
If anyone has gone through this recently or knows the correct way Amazon expects this to be completed, your guidance would be appreciated.

Who is a Benefical Owner?
A beneficial owner is a natural person who directly or indirectly owns or controls more than 25% of the shares or voting rights of the business, or that owns the business via other means. If no individual qualifies under the criteria mentioned, any individual who holds the position of senior manager is a beneficial owner.
