buy box issue
Dear Amazon Performance Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I am a UK-based seller operating under a dropshipping model, and I’ve recently encountered two major issues:
1. Many of my listings appear as “Out of Stock”, even though I actively sync inventory through reliable suppliers and systems.
2. Buy Box eligibility has disappeared across most of my active listings, despite meeting all standard requirements including competitive pricing, valid tracking uploads, and low cancellation rates.
I would like to respectfully request a review of my account and clarification on these changes.
In addition, I do not believe this is related to my ODR (Order Defect Rate), as my current ODR is well below 1%. I’ve also confirmed that other sellers I work with, who have strong metrics and similar fulfillment models, are facing identical Buy Box suppression issues, even with better-than-average performance indicators.
This leads me to wonder whether a recent platform update or temporary issue may be affecting seller visibility, particularly for those using third-party fulfillment in the UK.
Your support and insight on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I remain committed to maintaining Amazon’s high standards and providing excellent customer experiences.
Kind regards,

Hello @Seller_yGq0TF8nUbt70
We have a thread specifically for Buy Box issues.
Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
Here are two articles regarding the Buy Box / Featured Offer.
If you feel you are eligible for the Buy Box, please share your ASINs in the MEGATHREAD.
I am closing this thread as a duplicate.
Regards, Spencer
