Account Validation (again) but we're validated
This is an odd one and I know validation can be odd.
We are currently in ‘active’ status but are receiving the message ’ You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services’ notification on our account info section as a banner. So far so usual level of automated competency.
No section of our account shows as requiring validation - we re-validated our disbursement account info before Christmas and we’re able to disburse. However we received a further notification re bank account validation a month or so later, which we raised with SS (who were useless as expected and supplied a cut and paste ‘how to validate your details’ reply.
We are, as far as we are aware, validated. The banner notification has only just appeared.
Any ideas?

We’ve queried it and received this reply;
'> we need more information from you before we can complete your account verification. Please reply directly to this e-mail to confirm the information listed below.
**The scope of your trading activity:
– Confirm or list on your Seller Central account a representative selection of the items and categories you intend to sell on Amazon.’
Which is a little odd as we’ve been registered for years on Amazon as a business seller. Also we can’t reply directly via email and we have an instant bounce-back stating the email address doesn’t accept incoming messages.
No admin is ever easy on Amazon it seems.

I had a request from Amazon to provide additional information (UTR number) which I did. This was accepted and my account re-opened from ‘You currently have limited access to your seller account’ status to full access. However, when I click on the link at top right of the Amazon home page ‘Hello P’ Accounts and Orders’ then the drop down link ‘Your Account, Your Orders’ and click on orders, instead of taking me to the place where I enter my password and then enter the OPT code, it take me to the page ‘Start Selling on Amazon’. At that point there is nothing else I can do as I am already a registered seller. Anyone out there have any advice for me PLEASE?!
