Overflow warehouse
i have 2 pallets that were delivered to Coventry FBA 4 weeks ago.
i asked my courier for a ‘Proof of Delivery’ as amazon haven’t marked them as received and according to them are still awaiting delivery
However, I was told Amazon diverted my pallet to one of their overflow warehouses, and the goods are not being checked-in by Amazon and they are not stamping anything on the POD
This is absolutely discusting. i have £17k worth of stock in a ‘overflow’ storage area off site from the FBA centre and they are not taking responsibility for it by not checking it in or claiming its arrived. it this a normal thing amazon do?

Now that we are approaching to Christmas, FBA check-ins are all over the place, although I have not come across an error like overflow, a 4 to 6 week wait time for a pallet delivery is common. I don’t think there is much you can do but wait I am afraid. Even small parcel deliveries we sent are now taking 3-5 weeks to be available.

As was mentioned, yes this is entirely normal when Amazon don’t have capacity.

Of course, it’s discusting [sic]. I mean, you are the only seller who’s sending in stock for the Christmas sales rush. But don’t worry, I’m told that Amazon are building all their new warehouses with elastic walls
