Read onlyI sent some proucts into FBA as DG and used UPS as non partnered carrier.
The parcel was accepted by Amazon and all contents marked as received. Then 22 out of 24 500gram tubs of Balm have been changed to Damaged by Carrier and then disposed of.
Amazon will not make any reimbursment as I used UPS as non partnered carrier. I am told to claim from the carrier directly.
However Amazon cannot or willnot supply any pictures prooving the goods were damaged so there is no way to claim.
Amazon should either provide the evidence or pay the reimbursement as the error is thiers???
Comments or suggestions please.
Did you prep them all according to the fba guidelines?
