Amazon ES not accepting credit card, despite the same card being fine on all other marketplaces

Hello! Amazon ES marketplace is for some reason not accepting my credit card. The situation doesn’t make any sense as the same credit card is used for all the other marketplaces without any errors.

I have checked several times and the card details are correct. Furthermore, I have checked with my bank and there are no lacking permissions for ES. Also, I briefly got a confirmation that the card was accepted.

Has anyone ever had a problem like that? I have been going back and forth with seller support, but they are unfortunately useless.
