Please could you get back to me urgently, I was registered for VAT on 8th October 2024, I am English with an ordinary partnership with my husband.
The VAT number has been rejected 3 times and each time I get a request to delete it and re-upload it.
Is it possible to speak to someone to ascertain where the technical problem is?

Due to technical problem, we are unable to proceed with the GB VAT verification.We would kindly request you to Delete and Add your GB VAT by following steps below: To be able to add your new GB VAT number, the old one needs to be deleted first.Once you click “Fix”, a little pop-up window will show up and at the bottom you will be able to see the option “Delete”. Once done you can then add the new number: You can add new numbers here with the “Add a VAT/GST registration number” hyperlink. When you enter your 9-digit UK VAT number, make sure to include “GB” in front of the digits. Also, ensure that there are no spaces in front, between or at the end of the VAT number.
After you successfully re-upload your UK VAT number, please kindly inform us so we can update your details in our systems and move forward to the reinstatement of your account.
