PRIME BY SELLER - Testphase endet nicht
Hallo Zusammen,
wir haben uns bereits vor Wochen für das PRIME by Seller/ Merchant Programm registriert. Nachdem die Testphase durch einen von Amazon verursachten Bug neu gestartet wurde, sollte sie "in der Woche vom 27.10.23" enden. Ungeachtet dessen, dass der 27.10.23 ein Freitag war und daher die Formulierung "vom" so überhaupt nicht passt, ist die auch diese Phase mittlerweile vorbei und wir haben kein PRIME Badge, obwohl wir alle Voraussetzungen erfüllen.
Kann uns jemand weiterhelfen ?
Hat jemand ähnliches erlebt ?
Kann jemand Erfahrungswerte zu den Testphasen teilen ?

Guten Tag,
wir haben Monate gewartet bis wir endlich Freigeschalten wurden.
Haben auch immer wieder Tickets erstellt. Irgendwann wurden wir dann endlich freigeschalten.
Also Kopf hoch.
Das wird schon noch :-)

I am familiar with two similar cases, where, despite meeting the requirements of the SFP program, the Prime badge has not been awarded, and contact with Support for months has had no effect - so far, the only message from Support is that the case has been forwarded to Internal Affairs - any attempt to get any information on how the case is progressing ends with a response in the form of a template message with identical content - "the case has been forwarded to internal department."
In one of the cases mentioned above, despite meeting all the requirements of the SFP program and receiving confirmation from Support that the test phase had been completed successfully, not only was the Prime badge not received, but after the test phase extended by weeks for an unknown reason, Amazon deregistered from the SFP program indicating that the metrics had not been met in the last week - it was week 17 of the test phase, and the program requirements had already been met in week 4 of the test phase.
Repeated attempts to contact support about this issue have no effect, it seems that from the seller's position it is impossible to influence the resolution of this issue in any way, and the support department does not provide any information.
If anyone has experienced a similar problem - please describe your case.
It's also worth mentioning that Amazon has finally released contact information for the program monitor - you can find it in News section under the title: "European Commission Commitment - Complaints"
