Amazon Easy Ship Dates
I have just started using easy ship within the last 2 weeks as selling on standard shelf ship (with all protective measures in place) was giving me really bad dates.
I was told to change to easy ship as you don’t get any promise extensions on there as Amazon knows the courier has been and we have done all we can at our end. Having looked at all my orders they are all arriving in 1-2 days so I would say a 2 day delivery time would be fair.
Evri will only allow me to send minimum 160 parcels a day or the will remove the service from me as they dont make enough money otherwise.
I have went from doing this no problem to now only sending 20 parcels a day if im lucky.
This is because Amazon have moved my easy ship dates our by to 6 day delivery time? We are eligible and have active the 1-2 day shipping options.
I cant understand why they have done this and why I was assured this wouldn’t happen hence the reason for switching over.
Impossible to get in contact with anyone from the easy ship team either.

Same, we've been hit with padding or promise extension for 0 reasons.
It's comes and goes like the rain too from hourly to daily to weekly. This will kill off the pilot if this is the norm as we won't meet the 150+ weekly because they are stopping us selling. I've got no one to help other then generic replies. If you solves this let me know.

I have opened several cases today and had several calls, all support agrees with us but no one high up enough to resolve or give proper answers. I will definitely let you know if we get anywhere

Are you still facing padding? I'm looking at signing up to Easy Ship as Amazon Shipping is horrendous, some days as low as 37% OTDR. I'm guessing Easy Ship uses Evri? How has your OTDR been?

Easy ship is Evri only yes, you get a lot of defects for late shipment as items aren’t often scanned on time. They do remove these though but your account will go in and out of being “at risk”.
Date padding for 2/3 late deliveries is added to the premium shipping dates so it will show around 8 days for items to reach you.
Any late deliveries go on your premium shipping defect report which they shouldn’t do. But they do. So that’s sitting at 40% just now.
It’s cheap but you get what you pay for, j have to do a minnimhm of 160 parcels A DAY. Which is fine if they don’t add an 8 day extension for weeks on end.

13239832362 is the case if for any Admins. Delivery is now sitting at 8 days rather than the 1-2 days I am eligible for on easy ship.
