Compliance Document

Hello,

I need a little help and recommendation from you. 2 days ago I listed some products in seller central. Yesterday, I received compliance requirements (Please see picture N1) from Amazon, toys are for children +6 ages, I contacted the manufacturer with whom I have a direct wholesale account. They provided CPC and Test report, and I provided these documents to Amazon, today I received an email from Amazon, that – “Thank you for your submission. Your case has been verified and approved by Product Assurance for the US marketplace. We appreciate your cooperation on this important matter. Thanks, Amazon Product Assurance” (Please see N2 Picture). After this, the request in seller central Manage your compliance – Product compliance Requests is – 0. Before that, it was – 1. So right now I do not have Compliance requirements (Test report and CPC) for this Asin. It is still 0 now.

After 20 minutes (9.53 AM) I received the email (Please see N3 picture in the comment)- “Hello, ***Please disregard our previous communication***; We are contacting you as the toys you wish to list have compliance requirements. If you do not submit the information and documents requested below it may impact your ability to list these toys.; Why is this happening? This requirement helps ensure products are compliant with local laws and safe for customers.; In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following items. 1. Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take a clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

i) Warning label (as applicable)

By applying to list these products you certify that all materials you submit in conjunction with your application are true, authentic, and accurate.

This case now will be closed but we welcome you to re-open this case as soon as you are able to provide the required compliance documents.

As I understand they just need photos now right?

Also, the question is where should I provide these photos, just open a case, mention the case number and Asin, also explain, what I am writing here, and then upload photos? As I mentioned above in the letter “Manage your compliance – Product compliance Requests is – 0. Before that it was – 1”. Therefore, there is no button anymore to upload these photos, like it was the first time when I uploaded CPC and Test report.
