How Do I Change Return Address on Buy Shipping Labels?
Im in the process of asking seller support but though somebody here would know the answer faster.
Connected Royal Mail account to our Amazon last week and are purchasing 24/48 CRL labels.
I only noticed today but in the bit with the return address on the side of the package, it actually has my name rather than company name.
I have looked through seller central and I cannot find anything that’s preset to that address with my name on. I’ve now looked in our Royal Mail OBA account, I can see my name in there above the address but its not formatted exactly as it appears on our Amazon labels, so it leaves me rather clueless.
Anyone know where this information is being pulled from?

Are you sure you are aking aboubt info on your OBA acct as opposed to info on your C&D account.
If it’s actually your C&D account you meant then it’s settings>trading names>return address
