When my UK marketplate account is "being suspended" should I change source market?
Our account used to have the UK as our source market and we would sell globally from that. But due to new requirements for selling in the UK we decided to have our inventory destroyed and focus on our international market.
Unfortunately it looks like that has created an issue. I’m getting the message that “Source marketplace account is suspended” under the Build International Listings, when I try to make our products available in other markets than our target marked (US).
If I change source market to another market (by deleting all listings in our current source market), what will happen with our inventory (we use FBA and have send products to the UK)?
Or should I really be doing something else? We only have to two products, so creating new listings isn’t an issue. I’m just afraid loosing our inventory or creating more trouble…
Any help or feedback is much appreciated, thanks.

You can change the source marketplace by following the instructions below, but it sounds as though your UK account is suspended so wouldn’t it be best to appeal that and lift the suspension as well?
Change the source marketplace
You can change the source marketplace by which your target marketplaces are synchronised by following these steps:
- Follow the steps in Remove a connection using Build International Listings to remove connections for all target marketplaces. This can take up to 4 hours for each marketplace from the time that you initiated the request. You will receive an email when each removal request is complete. To avoid processing errors, please wait until all removal requests are complete before creating new connections.
- Follow the steps to create a new connection in Create a connection using Build International Listings, selecting the appropriate source marketplace.

Once any of your Amazon marketplace accounts is suspended, it may make some site features unavailable, regardless of the source marketplace.
Regarding your existing listings, in target marketplaces where you currently have offers, you can choose to keep or delete the existing offers.
- If you keep existing offers and the ASIN exists in the source and target marketplaces, the prices will be synchronised.
- If you delete existing offers, all offers, histories and reviews will be deleted. New offers will be created and synchronised where the ASIN exists in the source and target marketplaces. You cannot undo this action.
