My storefront brings a completely blank page. Seller support useless
Over the years, selling on Amazon and keeping all my products visible on the storefront has consistently boosted my sales through effective cross-selling.
2 weeks ago my storefront became completely blank! Sales dropped 65%!
Several cases are still pending, and phone calls prove to be ineffective. Every time I reach out, I'm told that my case needs to be transferred to a "special department," but there's been no resolution so far.
But the very frustrating part is that seller support acting like they have no clue what is "storefront" is:
"Please provide an ASIN that is not visible...."
ALL OF THEM ARE!
Does anyone know how to get through this "wall" and make my storefront show my items?!?

A couple of dumb questions....are you FBM or FBA?
Are your listings "active"?
Do you have in stock inventory? (as per Amazon)?
Are your listings suspended?
Do you have any IP Complaints?
