Logged a couple of issues by email. One of them automatically closed without resolution so I thought I'd use the Chat / Phone methods. Previously, maybe a couple of months prior, this worked well. Now all I get is

Support currently unavailable

No support agents are available right now. Please try again later.

Have Amazon pulled the plug on this method of support, if so, how do we escalate when email support isn't working as it should?

I have been trying to contact seller support for multiple serious issues since the last whole week but have been getting a message stating that

"Support currently unavailable. No support agents are available right now. Please try again later."

Is this an issue being faced by anyone else and how do i get past it ?

I have opened a cases with seller support nearly3 month ago now and they ask some details on it when i provided them they never replied . Anyone else having this issue with seller support? Is there another way to get in contact with someone at Amazon? This is for the UK market.
