Requesting approval to sell certain brands
Hi all,
I sell secondhand books on Amazon marketplace. More frequently these days I am being asked to apply for approval to sell products (certain books by certain publishers). That’s okay, I go through the process of applying and get a message saying approval granted… you can start selling. But when I try to list the product it says approval needed again. I’m in an endless loop and can’t list the product. I’ve check my status of applications and it say I have approval but I can’t list the product.
Anyone else having this problem and know how to sort it?

Many booksellers have had this problem. It is very poorly explained by Amazon.
When you get the approval granted message you dont need to do anything else.You have to wait for the system to be updated. I did a couple this morning. I could list both books after about 2 hours - sometimes you have to wait until the next day.
The reason for needing approval has never , as far as I know, been properly explained.
