Where are my tax forms??

where is my 1099 tax form????? I have to file my taxes and I have not received my form for my amazon seller account. You guys are legally obliged to provide me the form! You guys told me on or before january 31st but I have not received it. Can you guys send it via email?? I need it ASAP!
