Amazon is bothering me off regarding limiting the prices and offers I put. Also, I work with factories and I put image or 2 from the factory along with my own photos that I photography for my items, and get copy right notification on them!

Does this happen with you?

Like, how does Amazon feel about the factories we work with? We take our own photos?

It is annoying since there is no place for me to complain to.

How do you report a seller who is falsely rebranding products and preventing other sellers from listing them through Intellectual Property Complaints. This seller has transformed multiple branded products into their own brand, despite those products clearly belonging to established companies. Their whole shop consists of braded items that have been changed to their own brand.

Is there a way to report this seller, rather than having to open a separate case for each individual product? Unfortunately, it seems the automated systems have not detected that the GTINs are linked to the original brands, allowing this practice to continue.

If they are using your trademark on eBay you can report them via Vero and the listing should be taken down.

If they are using your photos you can also report them and the listing should be taken down by eBay if you can prove your the owner of the photos.

You maybe better asking this question on the ebay community forums, it does require you to be a registered ebay seller though.
