Featured Offer Problem
Hi there,
We sell Cypriot BBQ Grills and accessories and our products are unique - no other sellers sell them. For several months now our products are marked as 'Lowest price' but are not 'Featured Offer'. Our sales have been zero since this happened. Amazon says:

How could we provide great customer service since our sales are zero? Products are indeed authentic/original and of top quality and since we are not selling anything we have no chargeback claims!!!

It's also based on sales history though - you won't get featured offer until a sales history is built up
Are you promoting off amazon? That could help. If you go to your product pages via your Amazon Seller Page - this will actually generate URLs that DO show a Buy it Now button. You could use these in links on say Facebook etc to promote your goods.
Your wider issue is likely to be the lead times (as you I assume are shipping direct from Cyrpus?). There are other very similar products that are available within a week. I'm unsure how you would work around that though there will be buyers happy to wait longer for your lower price.

Just check in your pricing health that Amazon haven't suppressed your featured offer due to you pricing lower on another site at some point.
I don't personally think it is your delivery time suppressing it I have seen other offers with a long delivery time and winning the featured offer.
How long have you been selling on Amazon that ASIN has reviews going back to 2017 but you don't seem to have ever had any feedback which is strange itself. Have you changed Amazon accounts at some point which would account for why you are a new seller with no featured offer.
