I'm not sure you can as this would be something unique to yourself and not offered by other sellers on that listing. It doesn't matter if the product is yours and no one else sells it you can't put seller specific info on there.

Saying that, if one of your products became faulty 3 years down the line Amazon would probably still refund them.
