My Amazon UK Advertising account was suspended on 9 September 2025 with the reason given as “suspicious activity.”

Since then, I’ve contacted support several times, but I haven’t received a clear explanation of:

What specific activity triggered the suspension.

What documents or steps are required to resolve this.

I’ve already confirmed that my billing details and business information are correct. I’m also prepared to provide government ID, bank statements, or utility bills if Amazon requires verification. Right now, I’m unable to run ads, which is directly impacting my ability to make sales.

I’d really appreciate if an Amazon representative or experienced seller could advise how best to escalate this, or clarify what usually triggers this type of suspension in the UK.
