Item Received But Customer say Late Delivery?
Hello,
I’ve just received a refund request from a customer claiming late delivery. However, the delivery was scheduled until the 31st, and the customer received the item on the 22nd. What should be my next step?

Politely, you can inform them that the order was delivered within the delivery window. You can tell them to request a return and once it is processed a refund will be issued.
