Delayed Receipt at XLX1

Hi AMZ Team,

I have a set of 2 shipments totaling 5 pallets that have been pending delivery/receipt at XLX1 for well over a month now.

I understand that this time of year is harrowing for inbound receivers due to the holidays coming, but I am getting concerned. FBA tools acknowledge that my first order was delivered, however no movement since. Yesterday the automated system flagged my account for delayed or abandoned when clearly this was not the case.

I don't blame the bot for just doing what it's programmed to do, but tbh it's put us in a position of helplessness and submission to individuals I cannot access or influence. We do have POD which was delivered AFTER the promised date, BUT this occurred only because our carrier was constantly turned away from XLX1 due to volume overflow. The carrier was kind enough to hold our first shipment until they could drop off and they are STILL in possession of our second shipment.

Any suggestions as to how I should proceed to determine what might happen going forward and what my options are to help the situation?

Our overall account health is fine, so I'm not worried about losing status but... this just feels totally bad ya know?
