Identity verification video call - internal error

I sell in the UK and when I started out I somehow registered for a US account which I never used. Anyway I have been asked to complete a video identity verification for the US and my UK account has been deactivated.

I was given a link to access video call and after 13 hours of trying to join a call all I’ve been met with is internal error.

I’ve tried pc, laptop, phone. Different browsers, I’ve cleared cache and cookies, I’ve removed McCafee and firewall off pc and no luck.

I called support to be told they are in uk and can’t help, no option for a callback from US

Please could anyone assist?
