AMZ CS should have Rating review performance

Hi,

Just have an wonderful time with AMZ CS as always after 2 years of AMZ. I'm surprise that are in still native world as when I've started every time when I have something that I need help with and not sure how to fix it. My issue is that I have one parent listing with x2 variances where x1 has the add basket or buy now feature and the other one doesn't, to mention that on seller tab none of them has the feature offer (shows as ---- )

Anyone can advise or direct me in how can I fix that?
