Stuck inventory in Germany, did not agree to store there but still being charged storage fees

@Julia_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn @Spencer_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Winston_Amazon @JiAlex_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Simon_Amazon

Any advice please? Re: case 11313518042 18 July

We have only ever used EFN and have never sent or agreed to store inventory outside the UK but somehow we have 6 products stuck in Germany warehouses which we are being charged storage fees for.

Seller support suggested we create a removal order outside of the home store which we did and then realised this advice was useless as cross border returns can't be done and we don't have a European address for the stock to be delivered to.

We deactivated all marketplaces other than our UK store last year.

Seller support agreed to disable the storage for DE but this did not happen.

We want the storage fees to stop and the inventory disposed of but should not have to pay for this.

Thank you for any advice on what to do next.
