I am trying to list a product to sell and I do not have an external product ID for it. I have applied twice for a GTIN exemption and have received both of them. However, my listing still won't show that I have a GTIN exemption.

I am struggling listing an item which has 5 variations. (I am stuck on the variation screen as pictured below)

I believe I need to apply for a GTIN exemption, as this is a branded product.

I do not have a trademark registered, and so I am not able to go through the brand registry process.

Does anyone have any ideas please or suggestions on how i can go about this? Am I able to apply to sell the brand if its not registered?

We are the owners of the brand: Little Joe Worldwide and when we tried to register it on Amazon brand registry, we got a message that it has already been registered by someone. With our registration number.

How can I find out who it was so I can contact that person/company?

It is very urgent!
