Brand registry photos
Hi guys my brand registry has been denied due to the photo’s
I have been asked to provide photos of the packaging with the brand applied. I do not have any. Apart from a bit of printing on boxes from china
I have been asked to show a picture of the product with the brand ‘permanently affixed’ I have swing tickets on my product. That’s it. I do not permanently affix but then neither do 1000’'s of others. What do I send them?
It is my exclusive product not rebranded

Your product or packaging needs to have your brand logo etc printed on it
Without that they won’t approve it and you are just selling what effectively is a generic product

OH! but the other brand I have registered is just the same. So I need to find a way to get my brand printed onto a a box and a product for the photos then I guess?
