Baby clothes do not require CE and/ UKCA marking but they must undergo safety testing to comply with regulations, particularly regarding flammability for nightwear, chemical restrictions like REACH for toxic substances, and the absence of choking or strangulation hazards from small parts or drawstrings. Compliance is crucial to ensure the safety of children's clothing placed on the market, protecting them from health issues and fatal incidents.

Hello @Seller_OdWVwlt3rxzMo,

could you please tell us an ASIN in question here as example, so we can have a look together? Also, did you already check if the category of the impacted ASIN is correct, as you mention that its not Sleepware but the message is about Sleepware?

Best,

Emma
