Why amazon allow someone who didn't purchase product to leave a review?
Our listing got a few negative reviews o "not vertified purchase" which means they didn't purchase the products from amazon. BUT our products are only sold on Amazon. We know that customers cannot buy these products from other merchants definitely, because these products are designed and manufactured by us. We required to remove these fake reviews but we got no help from Amazon seller support. They just keep saying they respect the customer's reviews with a preset response.
What's even more ridiculous is that you can't even contact these customers with unverified purchases.

Yes it is a terrible experience. It can get even worse though.
For example a person who never touched our product just wrote a negative "verified purchase" review. He purchased it only to cancel the order immediately. Despite this, Amazon continues to display the review as a verified purchase.
I am not sure if it is even legal, but here we are.

Hello @Seller_8eE0YFPOOL1T5:
Tiff here from Amazon. Thanks for posting this topic in the forums. It sounds like you have a concern with a review from someone who did not purchase the product on Amazon?
The answer is yes; this is permitted. As long as the buyer meets the Community Guidelines eligibility, they can review any product on Amazon, no matter where they purchased it.
Please see Answers to Questions about Product Reviews page for more information. If you have concerns with potential abuse that violates the community guidelines, then you can continue to report those to Amazon using the instructions on the Customer product reviews page.
