Physical Bundles
I need some advice on creating bundles. I have an item that I used to sell with a minimum order quantity of 2 due to the cost, and sold lots of these items daily. Once minimum order was removed I hardly sell any as singles as they appear expensive (which they are for a single)
I would love to create some bundles but i'm not sure how. Can this be done as a third party seller? I know I can't create virtual bundles because I am not the brand owner, but can I create physical ones and if so, how if not the brand owner? If I was registered on brand registry with my own brand can I use that to create the bundles for another brand?
The other reason I am asking other than wanting to bundle, is someone else has created a bundle of these items, but it has their brand name entered as the brand even though the items being sold on the listing is actually the brand in question (in the title, picture, info...) ...and I listed my item on it (with seller approval) but he has messaged to say he will report me for an intellectual property violation if I don't jump off the listing....
Is it against intellectual property? To clarify, Title says Brand A, Description says brand A, Photo shows brand A, Logos on photo shows Brand A, I have Brand A's permission to sell their items, but he has listed it by putting his brand 'Brand B'...

a few questions there....
- On your last point, from amazons point of view, the other seller is correct in so much as they could report you as amazon would then ask for invoices and would be looking for the title brand (ie the other seller name) as opposed to the actual brand of the product. The other seller has done it this way to 1, get the listing to themselves and 2, because if they used the actual brand of hte product, amazon will likely be looking for the correct barcode prefix for that brand. You could make the brand aware of the listing, as they may not be happy that their product has a different brand on, though it depends how much the brand understands how amazon works
- Now, you could create your own version of that bundle listing, but you should, in theory get approval from the brand to do so. Again, ideally, you want to list with the brand name, though as above, this may not be possible to do unless you can get GTIN exemption for the brand. It might be the brand don't care and are happy for you to list the bundle under your brand. But you should get brand approval first, again, if doing things by the books.
