I cant get into my account a ton of inventory sent to previous address please help!!!!

I haven't been able to get into my account for months there’s no way for me to contact seller support. Earlier this year my apartment was flooded out and I lost a good majority of my posse ions. I was never able to get into my account to express what happened. Due to the damage of my apartment i had to move. I’ve had a ton of my items sent back to my previous address and i never got any of it because i no longer live there or close to there. All of my items were sent back via ups. I tried putting in to have them forward to my local store but they continuously still send them to my previous address. My account is still being charged and in order to get in i need to add a new card unfortunately Im still trying to get my life back in order after losing so much and cant afford to put a card on file because I’m fully disables and dont have the funds at the moment. Someone please help me get into contact with someone who can help fix this mess. Thanks and blessing to all.
