Right now. We are dealing with a really weird Trademark infringement issue.

A Seller with a Logo without word registered as trademark. Reported our 2 listing with 2 different reason.

We have our own listing with our own brand name and designed the product ourselves from scratch.

First one is for Counterfeit Without a Test Buy (Which They suppose to have a patent for the design) They only provided their trademark (Which we don't use their trademark at all.)

Second one is for Trademark on Product (Which they suppose to have registered word they only applied with Logo) Again we don't use their trademarked logo or word.

I gave Amazon a call last week and today. Only thing they say they will look into. I don't understand How Amazon taking action without checking the trademark and patents to other sellers. Really shouldn't be that easy to kill competition.
