When I refund an item it doesnt refund the full amount. Why and how do i change that?

Not sure which way you are refunding but the easiest way is the click the refund button on any order; you then get the page below. Choose your reason for refund from the dropdown box, below which is a box to click which says Refund in full. The other boxes give you the options to add refund of return postage or other concessions, up to the maximum allowed
