how to add choking hazard warning?

Hello everyone,

I have to add choking hazard warning to detail page. But when I tried to edit this listing, there is no

"Mandatory Cautionary Statement" on the “safety &compliance” tab. My other listings have this tab, so it is easy to add this warning. But for listing which don't have ""Mandatory Cautionary Statement" " option, how to add choking hazard warning?
