DAC7 - Business Registration Number (TIN) submission issue
We are a business seller located in the Czech Republic.
We are facing an issue with completing the DAC7 form unable to submit our Business Registration Number (or TIN) with an error message 'Invalid'.
This is definitively an issue with the format of TIN that Amazon requires:

The TIN structure on this list seems to be wrong:
Acceptable formats of TIN (Tax Identification Number) applicable for business sellers
Czech Republic CZ Personal Number 9 digits 999999/999
as this is NOT the business TIN structure but a personal number of INDIVIDUALS.
This error does not allow us to submit our company TIN and complete the DAC7 form.
Our VAT number is 'verified'.
Have contacted SS, still no evidence of help.
Any ideas how this could be resolved?

I have the same trouble right now. I have reached Czech Republic Tax authorities,they informed me that there is no such format 999999/999 in their country...
Don't know how to submit DAC7 now
