Product bullet points not showing on the listing

I have created 5 bullet points as Product Description when I was creating the listing but they do not appear on my active product listing. I have contacted Amazon several times and asked me to edit but didn’t work. Also I have deleted the listing and re-listed but still the same. Any solutions? Please advise.
