Box Label Problem

Hi, I shipped the goods to the FBA center in Coventry with the wrong box labels. When I ask Seller Support regarding wrong box labels issue, they respond me regarding item labels. It is not my problem. My problem is to change box labels, not the item labels. Is there anybody who has faced a similar problem? I am asking them whether they accept the goods with wrong box labels or not. I cannot get an exact answer. I will be good if I can transfer boxes to FBA center because I already agreed with service provider to change the labels inside FBA center, but I need to know if I can do that with the wrong box labels. I couldn’t get a good answer from Amazon. could anyone help here?
