Amazon requesting Stamped BOL - courier not providing
Hi,
So, we had a shipment back in September which was missing a few pieces (6 missing out of 160)-total cost of goods missing is £300
I’ve been back and forth with Seller Support, but they keep coming back to requesting a BOL with an Amazon stamp before opening an investigation. I’ve provided BOL, but it doesn’t have their stamp/ signature
Our carrier has advised that they don’t request stamps/ signatures for the last year due to Covid, which is normal.
Surely this can’t be Amazon’s policy at the moment? It’s not uncommon policy for carriers at the moment.
And I don’t understand why it’s so important. They know the shipment was received (as 154 pieces were scanned in), so why insist on this when they presumably aren’t stamping most BOL.

I hate to say it, but without the stamp, your not going to get anywhere.
Amazon always stamp. They have done throughout the current crisis.
So if the courier cannot produce it, your up the creek without a paddle I’m afraid.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. It must be our courier then who have lost the stamped document. Pretty annoying
