HI, we have also just experienced this today our measurements have been well within limits and have been hit with these charges it seems like they have duplicated the shipping costs

in same boat just waiting to contact Amazon to hear what’s gone on. Happens before and they sorted/corrected but it took a while and more days of surcharges were added through that week

happened to me overnight, blatant fraudulent 'adjustments'.
It has been going on for years, and amazon are fully aware of it, yet try to hide from any responsibility.
It is potentially a multi million pound fraud by evri, and amazon are not innocent as they knowingly allow it to happen.
Anything to say amazon????

I lost by this weekend £929.11. Evri did ,, Adjustments,, for 283 parcels for March 2026 orders.
I am asking Amazon to launch an investigation into this matter as this is not the first time this has happened.

When you purchase shipping labels through Amazon's Buy Shipping Services, carrier adjustments can sometimes occur after the initial label charge.
Please go to Seller Central Help and open a case with Seller Support specifically about the shipping charge adjustments. Include the order IDs, screenshots of the matching dimensions/weight, and the breakdown of the charges. The more detail you provide, the better.As outlined in the Manage Buyer Experience Playbook, when dealing with shipping-related disputes, it's important to approach Seller Support with clear, organised evidence and reference specific order IDs [148].
If Seller Support doesn't resolve this to your satisfaction on the first attempt, don't hesitate to follow-up back on this thread with the Case ID.

I've seen this reported numerous times. It makes me glad I stopped using Evri.
Hopefully you will all get it sorted but it's a pain having to deal with this sort of thing.

I am surprised to see why people are still using Evri. They are Fraud. This issue has been happening for last couple of years. Both SS and Evri are useless and no help at all. I have stopped using Evri long time ago.

We have stopped using Evri through Buy Shipping for this very reason, on the odd occasions that we do use evri we buy the shipping directly through their website,.

If you all have proof these charges are incorrect send evri a Lettter Before Action to start the legal action to recover all your losses
