My account is found related to another account but I don't the owner of the related account
Hi,
My account is found related to another account. I have checked with everyone in my friends, family, and all my colleagues but I am unable to find the related account. Now Amazon support team is saying that I have to identify the related account or else I won’t be able to reactivate my account. To be honest, I don’t have any clue who is the owner of the account found related to my account. Kindly guide me how can I resolve this issue. Your comments will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Have you got the name of the related account? There are a lot of threads about this and if its the same name you’d be best checking them out

We have had the same issue and we have been trading on seller central for over 12 years . We where just deactivated overnight . We have no second account and the name of the company on Companies house has no relevance to us .Thompson Kelly Ltd ? trading on Amazon Es (Spain ) which we do not use .We have sent numerous responses to amazon ti no avail .

Kindly note that my account is found related to LAS**W
and I have explored every possible avenue to identify how my account is being related to LAS**W
. I have changed my password and notified the Amazon’s support team that I am unable to find LAS W. I checked this account on social media, Company house directory, online forums and with my friends, family and colleagues. Unfortunately, I am unable to trace LAS**W
. I have already filed an appeal and provide all my documents, including Company legal documents, bank statements, identity proofs, etc. Can you please extend your kind support and let me know the way forward. I will highly appreciate your comments on this issue.
