my listing is showing the error message Request selling approval for policy compliance Reason: Product requires approval to sell.
Im new to amazon after adding my first product i am getting this message under search supressed
Request selling approval for policy compliance
Reason: Product requires approval to sell.
When i click it, it says "We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
My product is not a health and personal care catergory. after reading the forums i can see things related to brand however this is an unbranded (generic) item. Please help
