Cancellation of Professional selling plan fee
Hi guys. I just registered to sell on Amazon UK and apparently I registered under a Professional selling plan, however I wanted under an Individual selling plan. Now Amazon has a 25 GBP payment due till Sep 30th. I didn’t even complete the CC verification, nor added listings or any other activity. The account is 4 days old. I already requested a downgrade and it will complete with next month, but how can I cancel that subscription fee for professional plan.?I never wanted it in first place. Thanks

The fee is due you can’t cancel it, but you can still request a refund from seller support once the payment is taken if you haven’t sold anything. Just explain that the professional plan was created in error and make sure your card details are correct so they can refund you.

Its a pain but at least you got your money back.
Amazon use it as a test to see if new sellers pay attention to what they’re doing, do they blindly select the first link they put in front of them or do they read the whole of the sign up page and select the ‘sell a few’ link? It’s a kind of pre-selection test.

Knowing how Amazon operate, I would say you have zero chance of being re-instated sorry.
