Selling alcohol on Amazon

Hi
I am trying to register to sell Alcohol on Amazon.
I have sent copies of both my personal and premises license, however I keep getting asked to forward both again, and can’t find out why my licenses aren’t being accepted. Has anybody had similar problems or know of a human that I can talk to?
