Read onlyI am facing an issue with the Buy Box on my Amazon seller account. Despite meeting all the criteria to win the Buy Box, All of my products do not have it, even when I am the only seller on the listing.
I have ensured that:
✔ My price is competitive
✔ I have a good account health rating
✔ I offer fast shipping (Amazon FBA/Fulfilled by Seller with good metrics)
✔ My seller performance metrics meet Amazon’s requirements
However, my listings still do not get the Buy Box, which is affecting my sales. I have also contacted Seller Support, but they have not provided a clear solution.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to solve?

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
